- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in small dish
- Add 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- One egg
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Let it cool.
Slice in two.
Fry in melted butter.

1 /2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (freshly grounded)
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds (freshly grounded)
2 tablespoons psyllium husk (14 gr)
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
Mix eggs well. Mix yogurt, baking soda and vinegar well and add it to the eggs, add water. Blend all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add it to the egg-yogurt mix. Blend it well until well combined. Wait for 5 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. Bake at 175 C for 55-60 minutes.
